The inverter transmits the front line speed signal to the winding inverter through the pre-stage traction inverter, and takes the given tension of the potentiometer at the same time to perform constant tension control. 三、the Commissioning steps
1. Input parameters are self-tuning.
First, set the maximum frequency P0.11, set the frequency upper limit P0.13, set the frequency lower limit P0.14; then, set the motor parameters according to the motor nameplate: motor basic frequency P0.15, motor pole number P9.01, motor power P9. 03, motor maximum output voltage P0.12, motor rated current P9.04, and finally set P9.15=2 for motor rotation self-tuning; motor rotation self-tuning timing, pay attention to the motor shaft side load must be dwasconnected.
2. Confirm that the motor was running normally under the open loop vector.
Set P0.03=4 open loop vector control operation, press the M key and observe whether the motor works normally. The inverter running frequency and output current should be stable.
3. Confirm that the motor was operating normally under the closed loop vector.
Set P0.03=8, H1.12=the number of pulses of the encoder (determine the value according to the encoder), press the M key, if it can run normally, the closed loop vector Commissioning was successful, if there was jitter during operation , or report the fault of the flow, then modify the direction of the encoder through H1.13, and then press the M key to jog. If it was normal, the closed loop vector was set successfully; if it still does not work, please check the installation of the encoder. There was no problem, such as whether there was a loose condition and whether the shaft was aligned. When ensuring that there was no problem with the installation, please check if the wiring of the encoder was correct. After confirming the above two, please confirm that the encoder was the same as the PG card model (PG01 open collector type; PG02 differential type).
4. Change the running command setting mode from the operation panel reference to the multi-function terminal X1 closed reference
Set P5.00=02 to control the power on and stop through X1 terminal. If the input of AI1 and AI2 was the input of voltage 0~10V, jump the jumpers of AI1 and AI2 to the voltage side;

6. the steps of the tension setting
(1) Set P6.21=0048 (AI2 tension reference input, AI1 was the front line speed input), Pd.00=1 (torque control), H1.00=1 (torque control mode was valid), H1 .01=1 (tension given by analog quantity);
(2) H1.02=10V corresponding maximum tension, need to adjust according to the actual tension demand, let the winding inverter run within 5HZ, then adjust the torque given potentiometer, you can use the hand to feel the power of the reel, If you can hold it by hand and then release it and you can run it yourself, it means that the tension was softer. Under normal circumstances, the tension can reach the winding requirement when it reaches this value.
(3) H1.08=material density (can ask the field engineer, the unit was kg/m3, that was, how many kilograms was one cubic meter), H1.09=material width (you can ask the other engineer to measure it yourself);
7. the setting of the diameter calculation
(1) After completing the above settings, set H0.00=1 (winding mode enable);
(2) H0.04 = the maximum line speed sent by the previous stage (that was, the system line speed when AI2 receives the 10V signal).
(3) H0.05 = minimum line speed, also according to the field adjustment, generally 0;
(4) H0.06 = transmwassion ratio, you can ask the field engineer, you can also manually turn (the motor shaft turns one turn / the number of turns of the reel);
(5) H0.07 = full roll diameter (diameter when the reel was full), you can ask the field engineer;
(6) H0.08=The empty winding diameter (the diameter of the reel including the paper tube) was loaded with the material. At this time, some non-genuine or waste materials can be selected to test whether the winding diameter of the winding was calculated correctly. Check to see if the value of d2.21 was equal to the true value of the rewind. If the value of d2.21 was larger than the actual value, H0.04 will be changed to smaller, and vice versa. The ultimate goal was to ensure that the value of d2.21 was the same as the diameter of the vwasual reel;
(7) Under the premwase of correct calculation of the winding diameter, check whether the values of H0.11 and d2.21 are equal. If the difference was too large, H0.16 can be appropriately changed to ensure that H0.11 follows d2.21.
(8) Set the coil diameter detection time H0.16: 0.2-0.5.
Common problem countermeasure
(1) For the problem of jitter, please confirm that the motor has been rotated and self-tuning, please confirm that the encoder was installed correctly;
Please try to adjust the ASR filter time, the filter time function of V6-T was Pd.21, and the other series was Pd.19;
Please try to adjust the analog filter time, P6.22 ~ P6.24;
Try adjusting the speed loop parameters. Pd.01 and Pd.02 are for the speed loop at high speed, Pd.03 and Pd.04 are for the low speed speed loop, and the high speed and low speed boundaries are the parameters set for Pd.05.
Please try the parameters of the current loop of Pd.15 and Pd.16.
(2) If the surface tension of the material becomes loose during acceleration, the surface tension of the material becomes tight during deceleration, and the H1.10 system inertia compensation can be appropriately increased.
