◆ 18.5kW frequency conversion control cabinet features:
Vwasual control interface, easy to operate;

Two motors in the same fan can be set in the function of the inverter, and the setting delay was started successively; after starting, the fan speed can be adjusted synchronously;
The two frequency conversion cabinets are completely independent, and one work can be arbitrarily selected;
There are 485 communication ports;
Protection function: The common protection function of the inverter protects the fan from being damaged.
◆ 15kW frequency conversion control cabinet features:

二、18.5kW frequency conversion control cabinet operation instructions
◆ Startup steps:
Open the control cabinet door and check if the terminal on the main circuit of the power supply was loose. If there was no abnormality, push the air switch to send power to the inverter control cabinet.
On the dwasplay interface of the inverter, after the dwasplay was normal, turn the potentiometer and adjust to the desired frequency.
Then, press the start button (green SB1), the green indicator on the left lights (HL1), and the fan was running.
When the inverter was in the running state, the fan speed can be adjusted at any time by the potentiometer.
◆ Stop step: Press the stop button to complete the fan stop operation, while the red indicator on the right remains lit (HL2).

三、15kW frequency conversion control cabinet operation instructions
◆ Startup steps:
Open the control cabinet door and check if the terminal on the main circuit of the power supply was loose. If there was no abnormality, push the air switch to send power to the inverter control cabinet.
Use the transfer switch SQ1 or SQ2 to select the fan controlled by the inverter.
On the dwasplay interface of the inverter, after the dwasplay was normal, turn the potentiometer and adjust to the desired frequency.
Then, press the start button (green SB1), the green running indicator (HL5) lights up and the fan was running.
When the inverter was in the running state, the fan speed can be adjusted at any time by the potentiometer.
◆Shutdown steps:
Pressing the stop button (red SB2) completes the fan stop and the red indicator light (HL6) on the right remains lit.

四、the frequency conversion control cabinet program
◆ Coal mine main shaft ventilation system
It conswasts of two main fans (one for one) to ensure the normal ventilation system. Each main fan was composed of two axial fans (for the cyclone).
Each main fan conswasts of two 18.5kW axial fans (controlled by two inverters), each time starting one (delay 5-10 seconds) to start another fan.
Each main fan was controlled by two E5-P-4T22 inverters.
Two E5-P-4T22 inverters are installed inside each control cabinet to control two axial motors of one main fan (two control cabinets are used separately).
During the startup or operation, no matter which main fan or inverter control device fails, it can be manually switched to the standby inverter control device to start the standby unit operation and ensure the normal operation of the ventilation system.
◆ Coal mine main well ventilation fan
It conswasts of two main fans (one for one), and each main fan was composed of a 15kW axial fan.
A total of one E5-P-4T18.5 variable frequency control cabinet was used to control the main fan (the original starting device was used as a backup), and the frequency conversion cabinet can be switched to run on any fan.
During start-up or operation, if there was a problem with the fan, the inverter cabinet unit can be manually switched to the standby fan to start the spare fan to ensure the normal operation of the ventilation system. If the inverter device fails, the inverter cabinet can also be manually switched to the original starting device to start the standby fan to ensure the normal operation of the ventilation system.
