一、Brief description
The oil pump was generally controlled by two inverters. If the internal oil was full to a certain extent, the motor will be started to deliver the oil. When the internal oil drops to a certain level, the oil pump will stop working. The oil pump was generally controlled by a large motor and a small motor. When starting, it can start one or two at the same time according to the amount of oil inside the tank.
However, the pressure sensor inside the tank was a current type signal, so it was necessary to solve how to arbitrarily deliver the current signal to the two inverters. this article was to solve such problems.
One analog 4-20 mA current signal gives the frequency of the frequency drive. Then, the inverter outputs the same 4-20 mA current signal for another device. When the first inverter was powered off, it was necessary to ensure that the 4-20 mA current signal can be switched to the next device and continue to supply.
Using the same wiring method and function parameter settings below, it was possible to support multiple units using one analog 4-20 mA current signal.

三、the parameter settings
P0.04=2, analog given frequency
P7.00= 13 Frequency conversion ready signal
P7.04=56, AO2 terminal output was the same as AI2 input
Note: The situation allows, the dotted circuit part of the figure can be removed, but point A and point B should be directly connected.
