If the product malfunctions during use or if the user encounters any questions while debugging product parameters, they can call the Blue Ocean Huateng service hotline (4000801199) or regional service hotline for service 2. Customers need to provide the following information when reporting repairs: name of on-site contact person, contact information, machine model, number, and fault phenomenon 3. After receiving a customer's repair call, the Blue Ocean Huateng service engineer communicates with the customer over the phone to guide them and provide troubleshooting solutions 4. If the problem is not resolved through phone communication, arrange for an engineer to provide on-site service or notify the customer to send it to the designated repair point for repair, depending on the situation of the faulty machine 5. Regardless of the method of service, the ultimate goal is to help customers solve problems before the service is considered completed
