二、the application:
The grinding machine and the 6 grinding rollers of the sanding machine are respectively controlled by 6 sets of 5.5kW motors. The sand skin on the high-speed running grinding roller was in close contact with the textile fabric, and the excessively long fluff was smoothed to form a uniform and dense textile. Material, and the speed requirements of the six grinding rolls are basically the same.

四、on-site problem solving
When starting the commwassioning, the user reported that the equipment of the sanding machine was new. When the equipment was running for 10 minutes, the inverter reports the fault. The fault record was found to be only 2 hours, and each inverter has reported the fault. The types are as follows: EOC3, EOV2, EOL1, EOL2, and one of the inverters reports the EOL2 motor overload as soon as it was pressed.
Processing steps:
(1)Check the non-factory parameters and find that P0.03=4 was the vector 2 control mode. Check the static self-learning done by the user of the P9 group motor parameters. There was no P9.10~P9.14 in the non-factory parameters, even if it was static self-learning. It should not be reported frequently for 10 minutes.
(2)One of the motors was overloaded by the motor, and the frequency of the inverter has been fluctuating below 10hz after P0.03=0. The current was not normal and reaches 26A. The parameters are still the same, and the two inverters are also used. The device has been tried separately, the same was reported to run EOL2, you can be sure that this motor has a problem, you need to replace the motor.
