一、System equipment and application instructions
Equipment: CNC lathe
Motor parameters: 5.5kW, 4 pole, 50Hz, 1460RPM, 11.6A (inverter motor)
Inverter model: V5-H-4T5.5G/7.5L-M0
Application note: The on-site spindle transmwassion ratio was 1:2.1, the spindle running 150RPM corresponds to the motor speed of 315RPM. At this time, the frequency of the inverter was 10HZ, the amount of the knife was 2.5MM for one side; the spindle running 200RPM corresponds to the frequency of 14HZ. The amount was unilateral 3MM operation was normal, the knife was changed to 3.5 when the car was driven; when the spindle was running 300RPM, the knife was unilateral 3.5MM was running normally, and the low frequency torque greatly exceeds a certain Korean L inverter. According to the on-site process requirements, the maximum spindle speed does not exceed 1600RPM. The test reaches 1680RPM. At this time, the frequency conversion frequency was about 120HZ, and the operation was normal. Two schemes, vector control 1 and vector control 2, were tested in the field. The results show that both schemes can meet the site requirements, and the effects are basically the same.
According to the customer's site requirements, the voltage adaptation range test was carried out. The voltage regulator was used for manual voltage regulation during the test. When the input voltage was 280V at no load, the operation was normal. When the voltage was reduced to 276V, an undervoltage alarm occurs. During the work test: the voltage drops to 286V, the spindle The speed was 300RPM, the knife was unilateral 2MM, and the operation was normal.
The customer originally used a certain L frequency drive in South Korea. The torque was not enough at low frequency, and there was a phenomenon such as brakes and jams. When the voltage was 20% lower, it could not be started.
The results prove that: 1. Our products have large low-frequency torque, far exceeding that of a certain L-brand inverter in Korea; 2. Our product has a wide range of voltage adaptation and fully meets the requirements of customers.

After confirming that the motor rotates in the correct direction, set the motor nameplate parameters P9.01~P9.04, and then perform the motor parameters static self-tuning. (Because the motor belt was inconvenient to dwasengage, it will be static self-tuning. After the setting was completed, it was necessary to manually modify P9.05 to reach about 40% of the rated current of the motor. If the field can be dwasconnected from the load, the motor rotation self-tuning effect will be better)
