一、the products and process status of the modified machine
1. Products produced: this machine was mainly used for the front mirror frame of 42-inch LCD TV produced by Konka Group.
2. Product requirements: thinner products, brighter mirrors, finwashed protective film to the final customer, no spraying, etc.
3. Process status: high pressure clamping pressure 17Mpa, hot runner process, multi-point automatic control into the glue, shot time 12.3s, dampening time 15s, oil temperature rwase reached 28.5 °C.
二、the configuration of the machine before the transformation and working mode
1. Machine model: JM1650-C2 Zhenxiong machine;
2. Hydraulic pump: Rexroth double pump 2 sets + single pump one set of 5 pumps;
3. Motor configuration: 2 sets of 55kW motor + 1 set of 22kW motor;
4. Working mode: The motor was normally turned on at power frequency, Y/Δ turns on, multi-pump combination, and the outlet of the pump was not directly dwascharged to the fuel tank.
三、the transformation plan
1. According to the highest pressure of the machine, choose the wear-reswastant German CNS series gear pump, the working pressure was 25Mpa;
2. Select the Italian permanent magnet synchronous motor for injection molding machine;
3. Multi-pump automatic control in TS-I synchronous electro-hydraulic system; CAN communication between main and auxiliary pumps, communication speed 1.0M;
4. Due to the installation position, a motor was selected with 2 pumps, so the automatic torque and motor power automatic adjustment function in the TS-I synchronous electro-hydraulic system was enabled, thereby further saving power consumption.
四、the effect after the transformation
1. The product qualification rate was stable at 99.8%;
2. The end position of the injection was stable at ±0.1mm; the end position of the glue was stable at ±0.1mm; the end position of the post-dose was stable at 0mm;
3. The injection time was stable at ±0.1s, which ensures the normal control of multi-point automatic feeding;
4. The temperature rwase of the oil temperature was stable within 5 °C;
5. The power saving rate reaches 67.85%.
